File Formats We Accept:

We accept files in many formats; JPEG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, QXP, GIF
and all office programme's.

Our team are happy to print your documents while you wait.
We do not charge a handling charge for this service, We will give you a few seconds
to check layout of the document before we print.

We are unable to let you edit or amend your work on our main computers. please
don't put our team in a difficult position by trying to amend your work, you wont
have a wasted journey, we have two internet computers in-store which have most
programme's and you could use on of them for the same charge as an internet
session - to avoid this situation please make sure you have got it right before asking
us to print.

Below are a few items to consider before giving us your files to print.

• Images to be in CMYK
• Set up your documents for the correct paper size.
• Don't forget your bleed, if you need one!
• Use standard windows fonts to avoid changes to layout or font substitutions.
• If using Microsoft Office, please avoid using the SPACE bar repeatedly - instead use
  TAB or INSERT - page break - to manage document flow. Your document may
  appear different on different computers and will print how it looks on our computers.
• Customers using Microsoft Office on Vista operating system, should check their
  documents on a PC which is operating on Windows XP to ensure the document is
  laid out correctly.
• If you have created a document that is not the correct size for print we charge a
  £5 artwork fee to make the amendments.
• Printing photos, pictures or designs? Ensure that these are CMYK at 300dpi at final
  print size. Amendment/Artwork charge is £5.
